Your rights
See it
Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it and who we share it with. A parent can download a child’s data from Manage consent or the parent dashboard.
Correct it
Edit your profile yourself. For anything else, including an AI mark or comment you believe is wrong, write to us.
Delete it
A student can delete their account from their Profile page. A parent can ask for a child’s data to be deleted at Manage consent. Anyone else, write to us. What the law makes us keep is in Privacy Policy section 8.
Withdraw consent
A parent can withdraw consent at any time at Manage consent, with a code sent to their email and no Acemate account. Withdrawing does not undo processing that has already happened.
Write to acemateservices@gmail.com. Using a right is free, and we answer within 30 days. The detail is in Privacy Policy section 9.
